When I walked in I only saw one man and he was filling up ice for 5 minutes. Then another guy came to the register and said Are you here for pickup I said no he I don’t know how to work it I’ll done someone that can the next guy came and said I’m new. Hence, it’s my first time on here, I told him that I only wanted Parmesan garlic wings and ranch, and he kept asking me if I wanted fries and a drink. This place is ridiculous. Ordered at 7pm. Said it would be ready at 7:15. I waited until 8pm for my order. While I waited I watched the nasty kitchen staff with no gloves rub the nose/face multiple times. Scratch there crotch, handle money, not once did any of these clowns wash there hands in the 45 plus minutes I waited for my order. BUYER BEWARE.

Called about a order that was never refunded, placed on hold for a manager, no one ever came back to phone, I ended up hanging up and calling back. Whoever answered the phone had an attitude and placed me back on hold
