Always a friendly welcome when you enter the place. Love the spicy options. Went inside to order and didn't have to wait too long before the order was ready. Highly recommend!
I came in on 6/14/26 at 5:00pm and the service rep continued talking to his colleague while I patiently awaited to be greeted. The conversation topics changed several times, before I decided to leave after not being acknowledged. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for 22 years and that was pathetic. I visited a week prior for lunch and the ladies were busy, but very respectful and nice.
Walked in for the first time last week in the evening on a weekday and they were slammed, but they managed to get my order out in a timely manner. I visited again this week in the evening on a weekday and it was about the same. Surges of people hit at 10 p.m. when people want this food and other places are long closed.
