I ordered 30 hot honey rub, large fries ranch and hair was in my food.I called and the lady said she would put my name in the book. call to get the replaced order and they gave me the run around so I had to disposed with my bank.Very poor customer service
I just want to brag on Olandis at this location. When I came in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and amazing customer service. As I was waiting i was listened to a customer speaking with the same person that gave me amazing customer service. I would like to file a complaint regarding an extremely unpleasant experience I had at the Murfreesboro Memorial Wingstop location on Sunday, May 24th, around 8:40 PM. The male shift supervisor on duty was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during my interaction with him.
