The absolute worst wing stop I’ve been too I went there 3/2/26 I did an online order but apparently the internet was down and they couldn’t find my order or another customer order so the cashier calls the manager on the phone (Casandra) and she’s just yelling telling her what to do and the cashier has told her she’s done all these things but still can’t find our orders so the cashier says to write our name and number down and confirmation number down and we were supposed to basically just leave and wait with no food or no re... read more
Absolutely horrendous experience AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The food is good IF you can get it. The staff are rude, dishonest, and hostile. Expect to wait for hours to MAYBE get your food. Staff are nasty and will call you names and insult you for asking basic questions. Dining room is dirty and kitchen looks the same.
Food is good when you can get it - but be prepared to deal with rude, belligerent, dishonest employees who have trouble understanding simple instructions and react with hostility. Wait times are unbelievable. Online orders quote a ready time of an hour but often take more than twice that. I won't be eating here again.
My son ordered wings today asked for well done! We didn't get that food wasted because of feathers,and Soggy Wings do better probably won't be back..YUCK
