I placed my takeout order at 3:31 PM. I arrived at the establishment at 5:55 PM to inform them that I was five minutes early for pickup. I was told that the order had not yet been started and would take an additional 10 to 15 minutes to prepare. I have been observing a display board with my name on it, stating "Cooking up the flavor" for the past 20 minutes. The current time is 6:16 PM, and there has been no change. Furthermore, I have noticed an unusual odor in this place.

Customer service from Lian was amazing! It was my first time eating WingStop, and I had quite a few questions about the menu and app. She answered all of the questions with a smile! Thank you for the awesome customer service!

Store number #2679 .The host Nicole was outstanding and very helpful and kind . We had an unpleasant experience at the wing stop on ROME and this location and the manager Lexus made it so much better and worth the wait . The customer service is so outstanding my family and I will def be back . Thank you LEXUS and the team . Keep it up .
