Unfortunately, the staff here are extremely RUDE and have a terrible attitude toward customers. They seem to have no understanding of basic customer service or common courtesy. Saying hello, please, or thank you seems to be COMPLETELY FOREIGN to them. A little politeness and respect would go a long way.
The wings were 10/10 ! The staff always provides amazing customer service every time I visit. Definitely my favorite Wingstop spots
I am so sick of this Wingstop. I rarely order from here b/c I constantly have issues with my order. But I keep trying b/c I genuinely enjoy the hot honey rub seasoning. I want to say the last 4 times I’ve ordered here in the past 2-2.5 years I’ve had issues with my order. The first few times it was them not packaging the ranch and side of flavor properly & I would have it all over everything inside the bag. Now it’s an issue with them properly counting. This was my first time going here, and honestly, it wasn’t a good experience. One of the employees, a woman at the counter, was very rude and made me feel rushed while ordering. I understand that I should’ve decided faster, but it was my first visit and I was genuinely trying to figure out what to get. Instead of helping, she seemed impatient the entire time and was really rude. What frustrated me the most was the wait.
