Had to wait so long just for the food to be bad like, it said it was ready and then I had to wait more
Supervisor was standing on the counter during the food preparation process. Disgusting. Response from the supervisor was “you do what you gotta do man.” Update: They never made it right. I reached out to the link provided and was ghosted. Joke of a franchise owner.
Food was mid, small restaurant tables were wobbly NO TRASH CAN IN SIGHT. Bathrooms had pee on the seat and there was CHEESE on the ground I ORDERED PLAIN TENDERS IT TOOK 40 MINUTES
First, walked in and was greeted by a rather nice man working the counter and ordered cleanly and smoothly. Second, the guy forgot to give straws and cups that I ordered so I had to ask for it. Currently waiting for my order at 8 Pm and I ordered at 5:30. No trash can within a mile radius and the lemonade machine only spewed water. Went to the bathroom and saw weird blue liquid under the sink, pee on the toilet and in the corner, and some stuff on the floor with an essence of cheese.
