I am a regular Wingstop customer but new to this location, I was in the area and order some wings in store (via the phone app). The wings I got from them were really chewy, the wet seasoning was fine, but the rubs were practically not there. What made it worse was that the container was leaking, and the bag was wet before I even got out of the store. The order wasn't available for pickup within the estimated pickup time. I waited around 25 minutes from ordering to pickup.
