I had a really disappointing experience at Wingstop. My fries were cold, and when I brought them back, there was no apology—just the cook and staff laughing in the background, which felt very disrespectful. On top of that, they wrote a derogatory name on my order instead of using my actual name, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Food quality is little over cook just like other mentioned. But the only thing I complain here is at the online-order pickup line. If there is a customer actively waiting on an order being made and if they see another customer waiting right behind him/her on the online pickup order they should have first asked me what my name and get my order quickly and release me from the store instead 3 of them just standing there at the front line looking around doing nothing.
