My friends and I ordered ahead of time for the Super Bowl and were told we'd likely have to wait an additional 1.5 to 2 hours AFTER our designated pick-up time. While we understand this was going to be a lot of people, the manager should've anticipated this as well. I cannot comprehend why the manager didn't start preparing sooner or just stop taking orders.
