Terrible customer service the person that took my order literally put “U” for my name. Sat my bag on the counter and didn’t even say here’s your order or nothing.

I used to hate coming to Wingstop in Willis. But lately, everything has changed for the better. Maybe it's new management but that team is so nice and courteous and my food is has been quicker too.
