I had ordered ahead of time for my food, waited and went when it said pick up order was ready on DoorDash. I showed the workers there that it said ready for pickup, after I asked they just didn’t know how to respond. They just stood there or was just rude towards me saying ‘ what’s the name for the order? ‘ I don’t know if I came off rude but I wasn’t trying to when I asked to pick up my order. Then they were extremely nicer towards everyone else. I never had a bad experience here until now.
We were just passing through on a road trip and I’m happy Wingstop is always open late. I get the same thing every single time 10 piece mango habanero with loaded fries. Customer service was absolutely superb. They seem to be in a pretty good mood for such a late night. The voodoo fries are yummy. We always do the survey on the receipt to redeem the free side while we eat.
Quality and price make it one of the best and cheapest in town 👍🏻
