Joy was so professional. Helped everybody even on her lunch break. Joy ensured to fix my order when it was incorrect. Pleasure having someone like her with great customer service.
The service was welcoming coming here for the first time I ordered a combo. Waited 35 min and to find out my food still was not done this was the first and last time I come here . I got my refund and left .

Placed a pick up order for a 10 piece hot honey they were soggy from the oil they were fried in and poorly seasoned after I asked for them well done . The manager tells me I should've drove 40 minutes back to give the wings back to get them remade . CAME IN for 8 piece 4 hot & 4 garlic parmesan, left out with 8 hot wings !! but my other 8 combo was all garlic parmesan but then asked me what flavors i had still did it wrong . NEVER AGAIN ! & wait time was LONG !
