I had unnecessary issues correcting my order on 3/28/26 at 5:16pm-5:30pm. That issue didn’t seem to matter to them. Bad business. Customer service needs drastic improvement. Between how orders are handled over the phone by newer employees , to how they are escalated.
About 2 months ago I ordered from this wing stop and it literally made me sick. I just ordered it from the same location on Tuesday and here it is Friday and I have been sick ever since. I cant even eat anything for fear of my stomach being compromised. Please look into how you all are storing your food. I.e the temperatures are as they should be and meat and other items are stored as they should. Even the ranch which I believe is the main culprit. I will never eat at wing stop again due to this.
After waiting 15-20 minutes for my meal. The 8 pce combo costs almost $15 dollars. After getting my food and leaving I had to pluck the feathers from the wings and the fries was warm and soggy. Bad ass business for me. When I returned they treated me like a begger and said there was nothing they can do. Sad
It was really good I had hickory BBQ and lemon pepper wings together season real good
