Multiple times. No trash cans ANYWHERE! messy tables. No lobby cleaning. Paid & got my receipt. Some how my order never got made. Had to wait crazy. Just the usual sorry. 0.00 compensation. Sad. customer in front of me noticed tickets number dispense was to the ground. Like a lot. Like tripping over it alot. Customer picked up all the tickets. But no trash can anywhere. I always order for pickup here. Food is as expected. The only thing I don't like is sometimes it takes really long.
This place was absolutely disgusting. The moment we walked in, it smelled like rotten eggs mixed with straight sewage. Me and my brother couldn’t even stay a full minute before walking out. There was someone inside who smelled like urine and feces, and the staff did absolutely nothing about it. No ventilation, no cleanliness, no concern.
