1 star. Extremely disappointing experience. We placed my order about 40 minutes ahead of time from the Tupelo Main Street location, thinking everything would be ready and accurate. When I got there, they didn’t even have lids or ice for the drinks, so the drinks I paid for weren’t usable to-go. It gets worse — I drove 35 minutes back home to Houston, MS only to realize nearly half of my order was missing. No fries, no brownie, and no drinks at all.
