Actually 0 stars Very disappointed at the horrible service from these illiterate employees. I ordered online, paid for my order online, (2 chicken thighs w/bone-in and 10 wings), about 7:06p, order should have been ready in 16-21 minutes. Before 7:30p. I arrived at the wingstop at: 12225 N Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, about 7:40 7:45p. Visited on Thursday, June 17th, 2021 and got wings to go plus a drink. Got half way home and went to put my straw in the drink and noticed debris in the drink. Took the top of and there inside the drink, frozen into the ice, was raw chicken particles. I took pics to prove. Called WingStop, asked for manager. She literally told me I was lying and there was no way that could happen... BUT IT DID! No apology offered, just sarcasm. Will never visit again and they really should hire people that actually gives a damn!Ā
I have been to this location twice and both times they got my order wrong. When I contacted the manager they were trying to refuse correcting my order. I ate none of the wings and had not even left the parking lot. Manager told me to go to another wingstop from now on. There phone has so much background noise they cannot even hear what you are ordering. I have contacted corporate. Worst treatment I have ever had at fast food and I am 55 years old.
