We're in the flavor business. It's been Wingstop's mission to serve the world flavor since we first opened shop in '94, and we're just getting started. Our award winning Chicken wings are always cooked-to-order, handcrafted, sauced, tossed and freshly made in one of eleven mouthwatering flavors. Our fries are known for their savory-sweet blend of spices, and are always hand-cut and never frozen.

Not Great Food... slow Service
Just had one of the worst customer service experiences in a while, I understand things aren’t being done as usual, due to the Coronavirus. But doing only online orders only, & not offering everything that I usually order for my mother, is unacceptable & staff were difficult to deal with.
Ordered a to go order, the only part of my order that was right was the drink and fries. Shorted me on wings and of the ones I was given, they were the completely wrong flavors. Couldn’t take it back as it was night and it was twenty minutes back to the store. No one answered when I tried calling repeatedly.
Worst customer service from Sani fields, he wants to laugh in your face & not compensate the customer for his teammates mistakes. — in North Augusta, South Carolina.
Super Soggy burnt fries, and soggy wings. Definitely not worth another visit :(

crappy customer service and way over priced.. closes at 12 am on Saturday night get there 11:30pm and the guy says were closed. this place used to be great place to go but clearly went down hill. wont be back.
Roaches crawling on the walls while we are trying to eat and the kitchen crew not wearing gloves.
The worse service ever and the manager on duty has no customer service skills. I ordered 10 piece mango habenero wings, get home and the wings are not done. I call back to complain and was told in order to get a refund I had to bring the wings back. That is horrible customer service and such an inconvenience at 11:30 pm.
