Bad customer service at this location, they never have ice, and coke always taste like nothing
Did a online order came in and let the girl know with the pink and blue hair let her know and she didn’t even let me know the order was ready it was just seating there while I Starved while it got cold. I usally love this wing stop but this was unacceptable forreal. Her customer service was horrible to everyone who came in. Only one guy maybe the cook was welcoming customer. Just went there. Was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes- waited 10 until I noticed that one of the bags that was there SINCE I WALKED IN had my name on it. I asked, and the lady just laughed and handed me the bag. I asked why she told me it wasn’t ready when it actually was, and she just walked away and ignored me. NEVER going to this location again.
“Sophia” more specifically the girl working night shift on the night of July 11, 2025 to July 12, 2025, purposefully left the phone on the counter with us on the other end for 20+ minutes after answering because we called in to check in on an online order that wasn’t processed. She didn’t even leave us on hold we could hear people speaking, movement AND the music on our end as we were ignored.
