On April 10, I used the mobile app like alway to order my wings and fries. But the cashier rung me up for someone else order I told him that I did a online order. He charged me for a call and order with the same name as me. It came to 41 something. My order (Order # 544183801 )was supposed to be like $.33.55. I was charged for both. He said he voided the 41. Terrible customer service. I ordered corn, waited 5 minutes, left to pick up something 2 doors down, came back 5 minutes later expecting my small order of corn to be ready....no she put it in after I stood at the counter a couple more minutes. When I asled if that was my corn, she said well they had other orders before you.....but I just watched you almost push the girl down who was doing absolutely nothing except standing next to the corn......then you try to only give me a partial refund because I no longer want corn. This location can never get a simple order correctly, this is the third time. I should have known better. I have been on hold for 19 mins and going. just posting this as a warning to other customers in this area.
