We ordered 40 classic wings online. When We picked them and brought them home for a birthday party we noticed they were boneless and were very much overly cooked (they definitely were not a popular item at the birthday party). I called the next day to make a complaint about my order but the girl who answered did not care. She (Anna E) wanted me to dig into my trash can and bring them in to show them how overly cooked the boneless wings were. Let's just say we will never go back to Wing Stop. Total waste of money...
I want to give a HUGE shout out for Anahi. The store from Mesa at 937 N Dobson. She went out and beyond with customer services. I place an order and I had three big bags and I accidentally dropped my wallet. I called the store immediately once I found out. She was very nice and polite to look through the store and then she went out of her way to look outside where I was parked. In the middle of the summer heat she didn’t hesitate to check.
