I’ll wait in the line next time for pick up. Usually pretty good about taking care of people in the order they arrived. Got skipped over for a guy to place an order when I was clearly here first. With the customers order ready already. Poor service for the dasher and the customer getting the food. Might even complain they are cold now.
The manager Anna is very rude here she said I lied about canceling my order when clearly I did I have proof I called here multiple times to cancel my order! My cancellation was clearly poorly handled. The people here are very rude and unprofessional. Don’t wish to order from this store again. And the store is very dirty by the way so be aware before you order from here! Thanks
Waited about 20 minutes for our food, which isn’t the problem. The problem was we got the wrong order as well as 2 other groups waiting in front of us. If you go, expect a wait, and expect someone else’s food.
