As a property owner I wish I had fired John Calderon shortly after I hired him. The biggest offense was the failure to turn over the tenant's security deposit until 4 weeks after another company took over. This was after repeated calls, emails and demand letters. He promised me monthly and year end financial statements which were delivered only after persistent reminding. The same is true for the yearly walk through of the property.
