Very good attention from grace
From a Realtor perspective, do not waste your time bringing your tenants to this property not only do they start off low for rent for your client, but a year into the lease they will increase the rent for your tenant. I brought them a Tenant last year. It took over four months to get paid then they changed management. I took them another deal in November and I have still yet to receive my commission split from that transaction from November 2025 their communication and correspond if I could, I would give less than one star.
don’t move into this place. They’ll find any excuse not to return your deposit!!!
I strongly advise against moving here. They won’t give your deposit back, no matter what. Terrible management.
