The integrity of this property is not being upheld to the standards previously owned by greystar. The pool is green, before walking all the way up to the pool (picture attached) you can see the green water. I then asked Grace, when the pool had been cleaned she stated “the pool is cleaned each day”. This place is turning into section 8 housing at this point. For the amount of money paid in rent this is actually disgusting and ridiculous. Dogs right outside your front door, PISSING on your porch, or shitting outside your unit, random people taking a picture of your unit??????(still haven’t figured that out) anybody can come through the gate I watch people park & follow in. Very good attention from grace
From a Realtor perspective, do not waste your time bringing your tenants to this property not only do they start off low for rent for your client, but a year into the lease they will increase the rent for your tenant. I brought them a Tenant last year. It took over four months to get paid then they changed management. I took them another deal in November and I have still yet to receive my commission split from that transaction from November 2025 their communication and correspond if I could, I would give less than one star.
