Move here if you want to pay high rents for a matchbox house. The home is small and has no character at all. Bland, echos throughout. Get rid of the management company and things might get better. This place is like the redheaded step child of Bridgeland. In Bridgeland, but not “really” accepted by Bridgeland HOA as a valid Bridgeland resident with rights to the amenities and even the community events that Bridgeland puts on. I toured this property with my friend on January 31st, and was impressed with the amenities, views and the unit of interest. Before leaving, I indicated that I would like to move forward with applying. Brianna obtained my email address and phone number, and stated that she would send the application link. After a couple of hours, having not received it, I called the office and spoke with a manager, who stated she would send the link in 5 minutes. It never came. I cannot say enough great things about Wingspan at Bridgeland! From the moment I toured, I knew this was the perfect place to call home. The community is absolutely stunning, with well-maintained amenities, beautiful landscaping, and a peaceful atmosphere.
