great Family place if you love chicken
My friend took his daughter after school to Epic Wings and inside her drink was a sharp flat piece of metal. When confronted the staff they didn't even apologize. They acted as though my friend put the metal in the drink himself. Rediculous, and just plain horrible. I will be sharing this with everyone and every platform since Epic Wings did not think it was important, hopefully others will.

I normally go to the location on Temecula Parkway but I decided to try this location and it was so dead and the vibe inside was very quiet and depressing. Even the people working there looked down. I always order the buffalo chicken fries but today when I ate my food I had to cut the buffalo strips or break them due to big chunks being on my fries. I hope this was a one time thing but I was very disappointed with the service and food.

Epic Fries with Chicken and Garlic Parm and wings
I hate when you call in they immediately ask you to hold every single time like why answer the phone just to say hold it’s kinda rude !
I went here Friday and ordered a 5 piece meal. The wings were chewy like rubber. I thought maybe it was just that one so i bit another. Same thing, The outside was crunchy as well. I threw them away because I was in a hurry. All I ate was the breadsticks. I swear they must have reheated them in the microwave. I contacted the headquarters and I am still waiting on reply
