They need more stars! "Excellent" doesn't begin to cover it. I had ordered a custom velcro name patch which I received within a week. It was exactly what I ordered but I am very OCD and wrote in the review that even though I was very happy with it, I felt the name was off center. Yesterday I received a second patch that I never requested with the name more centered. Great local business who take pride in their community. They gladly took on my project for my little league team jackets and gave a great price. They did an outstanding job of working with my deadline and I would recommend them for any and all of your monogramming needs, 10 times out of 10.
I came to Wings & Things because another vendor dropped the ball on our API class patches. Wings & Things took my complicated patch design and replicated it perfectly, filled a very large order of 77 patches, and finished in a turn around of 5 business days (one day earlier than requested). The staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in finalizing the design of the artwork. They work very hard to meet strict time lines to accommodate the military. Waited over 2 weeks for a simple Velcro patch to be completed. They lied about working on the project and having it almost completed. After calling again and being left on hold I went in person to find they forgot about the order all together and never started it. Their excuse was "we didnt know which colors you wanted where on the patch" Two contact numbers were given and no one ever called to clarify. I would not recommend this business to anyone. The customer service was horrific.
Awesome place to do business, I highly recommend Wings & Things to all my family and friends for their monogramming needs. They are also the only shop around to carry our fire department required items!!!
