I do like the food a lot, but every single time they "forget" something. Never fails. It could be something as little as a sauce or an entire meal of the order. It is getting too frustrating.
We are a group of essential medical and public safety staff. We have placed an order almost each week, anywhere from $50-$100. They have yet to get our order correct. After waiting nearly 2 hours (ordering online at opening), it's frustrating to be missing food items, sauces, and the plates and forks that were on the order. When you say you’re open til a certain you’re open to that minute. So when it says your new hours are only until 11, which is bad enough, you’re open UNTIL 11. Not 10:35 when your hostess/cashier decides to stop answering the phone bc she says “we close at 11 anyways why are they calling now”. Clearly she doesn’t care about your customers and doesn’t like her job so you should definitely find better help. I got it delivered Saturday great wings and waffle fries.
I just got take out for lunch. French fries were cold, no ketchup and no utensils! French fries were obviously left over from other oders (different kinds). Who sells take out food without utensils???
worst service I have had in many years I ordered the food coming to my home they forget two of my items then comes back later with only one the time for this was two hours of delivery I will never order from them again the service is wrong and disgraceful service was good in the past and now who ever manage should take a look at what goes out and goes out will never order again.

i do really like this place. the food is always good. but i just cant give it 5 stars anymore. the prices are going up and up for wings. and you know that sucks but the worst part is that with the price going up, you're getting less and less wings. I mean come on..i spent 20 dollars on boneless wings and choose 3 flavors, and got only TWO boneless wings of one flavor? come on..
