Took forever to get the food. Employees are rude. Less food for more money.
Frequent wings local. But man, since the redesign I’ve had a few bad experiences, one delivery and one in house. Chicken is totally different - less crispy and more rubbery. Sauces and rubs don’t even taste the same anymore. RIP to my favorite garlic parm - it tasted like neither garlic nor parm. Delivery took almost an hour and a half, and food was just soggy and kinda gross. I’m always glad when a company revamps and rebrands, but this just seems wicked unfortunate and we won’t be going back anytime soon.
the quality of food has gone down hill drastically. same with the customer service. the cashiers act as if you're bothering them when you order. not gonna order here for this football season. their loss.
I used to love this restaurant and ordered often. Since the reopen- the service is very slow, website hardly works, and the food tastes different, the sauces and dry rub don’t taste the same. Even our order for delivery , shows up cold. Hopefully y’all can get it together where it once was ...

Bring back the old wings over Springfield! This place is trash now! Customer service sucks! Expensive cold food! No good
Delivery took over an hour, food arrived cold, they forgot sodas and gave us something completely different for a drink to top it off they had the wrong address. Last time ordering.
I don't think this location can improve. Smaller portions, higher prices, disposable containers and no silverware. Nothing at the tables like before (salt, pepper, ketchup, paper towels, menu). Menu is changed - meal combos are boneless only, so it's far more expensive to eat bone-in wings.
