We serve the best wings, boneless wings, ribs, sandwiches and fries for takeout and delivery. Our boneless wings (or chicken tenders if you like) are fresh hand breaded not frozen processed junk. Our wings are fresh, huge and juicy and we cook them in a manner which helps keep them as crispy as possible for delivery. At Wings Over... we believe that takeout and delivery food should be of the same quality and have the same effort put into it as good restaurant food.

I ordered boneless wings, fries, and a can of coke. The delivery person handed me a grape Fanta. I double checked the receipt and said I ordered a coke. I was told he didn't have one so I could take a fanta or a diet coke, neither of which I like. I know it is a small thing (the food was fine), but the point of delivery is that I get what I actually wanted, ordered, and paid for.

Loved the garlic Parmesan wings, I wish they were open earlier though on Tuesday when I work in the city
They delivered an incorrect order. I call and they say they'll send the correct order. An hour and a half passes, so I call back. It's about to go out. Another hour, I call back. The driver forgot it. They'll send it right out and refund the order. Food never came. I have serious doubts about the refund. Seriously, what kind of service is that? That's not even incompetence, that's just being rude and deceitful.

Waited 80 minutes yesterday for pickup of a small order, we were not offered updates on the order or a refund while we waited in the pickup area over an hour and repeatedly asked about the status of our food.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered wings at 1:20am and waited until 2:50am for the wings to be delivered, only to have the ordered cancelled on me at that time. I called the next day to speak with the manager and he said that I put the wrong number in the system; however, under "Special Instructions" I specifically asked the deliverer to call a separate number and that number was never called. The manager blamed me for the inconvenience. Just terrible.

It really shouldn't take 2 hours to get an order that was quoted to be an hour delivery (it really shouldn't be an hour either, since I live 8 minutes away, driving). And I'm STILL waiting for my order and wondering when it's going to get here. Is the delivery always this bad?

Great food.... I was so happy that I trekked to Somerville to find this place..Will definitely be back.....
Every single time I order from this place after midnight, they don't answer the phone. Or when they do, it's after a 5minute ring. Then the food takes over an hour to get here, if it even comes at all. I have already had them "forget" to post the order in the system, or it "never went through". It's complete bull shit! Such a ridiculous and disgusting place to order from. Never ever again will I order from them, and I will make sure I will get word around.

Tried ordering, the people working refused to answer the phone for 10 straight minutes after I ordered an hour ago i will never order wings again. If you dont want to take my order tell me i will take it somewhere else. If you need extra help hire im in the same business those people exsist its pure lazyness. Those phones will keep ringing if you're open till 2, its all lies
