terrible customer service I made a order on line the order was honey bbq, cajun teriyaki and parmesan how they got kickin bbq is what I want to know! I know what I clicked but since y'all want to be like that I'm boycotting WINGS OVER WEST HARTFORD! AFTER 27.00 WORTH OF FOOD Y'ALL WANT TO ACT LIKE ITS MY FAULT! BOOM JUST LIKE THAT Y'ALL WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME
I just started as a delivery driver here and had my first boneless wings and I will say they were very good. As far as the staff that I have dealt with and met, everyone seemed very attentive and friendly. worth a visit or order online which is an amazing way to order instead of the old phone way. Give them a go!!!
The food itself is very good,the slow disinterested staff and the abominable wait time make it not worth going to. I placed an order with a 15 minute wait time,arrived and was told it would be 10 more minutes and finally got my food 35 minutes later. There’s no where that it is acceptable to wait an hour for your food. I asked to speak with the manager who basically blamed corporate for how things run. Since the “upgrade” this store has taken a turn for the worse the portions are smaller the app and the website do not work AT ALL!!!! and the counter staff is less than friendly i used to order from this store weekly now every once and a while the food still comes fast once you order it and the quality is not as good but the wings are ok at this point
Only place my kids and I eat wings from. Service is great, everyone that works there is on point and in tge restaurant its always clean.
Delivery orders get deleted in their system and food never arrives! Too bad...this place was awesome with old owners!
