Summary of view: Rude, over-priced, incompetent. DO NOT GO HERE I went to Wings Nail & Bar for a set of French tips with a hand-drawn floral design. Before starting, I explicitly asked if they could execute this, and the technician assured me they were well-versed in hand-drawn nail art and had done it multiple times.
