I’ve had a terrible experience with wings. A guy named Jeff Dalton who works for you seems to be holding my account hostage by not providing information on the status of my aircraft. I’m considering filing a complaint with the insurance commission. He and his team have made several mistakes they managed by sending emails back-and-forth rather than picking up the phone to solve a problem. I have four aircraft and I’ve never been treated so poorly.
