We have had an amazing experience with Nick Heger! He not only is assisting us in the purchase on our new home, but he also helped us with our refinancing several years ago and he is the reason we came back to Wings when we decided to purchase a new home. He has been incredible with communication, explained the process in detail to make sure we understood everything and even called us at different times (as my husband works a night shift). I am so happy and it is because of Nick!!
Dan was my mortgage representative. He was very patient as it took me over a year before I finally found the place I now live at. He was always cordial giving me options and always returned my phone calls.
Called about an application I submitted on Saturday and by Thursday I have heard nothing back after leaving VM. Switch to Ideal credit union and they have already contacted me with in one day. To bad for Wings.
I was quite disappointed with the level of service and communication I received from Wings Mortgage. I have been a customer for over six years and was a previous mortgage holder with them on my primary residence prior to a refinance. Wings' product for investment property refis is, at face value, very attractive, and I had great service and experience with a previous underwriting opportunity six years ago. From the very beginning—starting with the pre-approval process—all the way through to the final application, she was consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful.
