Wings FCU used to be a great financial institution to work with years ago. They used to be customer service oriented, and very helpful. Now they just care more about being high-tech and digital, so trying to get anything accomplished with them after hours or on the weekends is a nightmare. You just have to accept that you are stuck with whatever decision they made on a Friday in regards to your money. The customer Helpfulness is zero. I would not recommend Wings to anyone who cares about customer service.
I worked with Wings not only to refinance my auto loan but to purchase my new home. They were so amazing and helpful during the entire process!! Everyone was professional and courteous and treated me like a friend!! I just received the most amazing gift from them, welcoming me to my new home!! Their customer service and customer appreciation is something rarely seen anymore!! I am so grateful that I was referred to them and am now going to switch all my banking to them as well!!
