This morning, I was using the app and it’s not allowing me to transfer money. When you hit the space to transfer money, it automatically goes to zero and then goes to the next page done. I would like to recognize Melissa the Branch Manager at the Savage location for her outstanding follow up and concern regarding a poor review that I had left due to an incident that happened at her Savage location. She called me within a few hours after I had posted a 1 star review to discuss and investigate where they fell short.
