Staff members were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.
I was at Savage location trying to get a bank verification filled out. RUDE lady said we dont do those and you need to go Apple Valley. Apple Valley said all locations can do those. Im very pissed off at the way I was treated. That lady should be fired and shouldn't work in Customer Service.
Greedy beyond belief. Charged me $30 to stop payment for a lost check. I called 18 hours later to tell them the check was located and they refused to refund their exorbitant $30 fee. They don't care about customers. They only care about their greed.
Personal banker worked through and helped me resolve the issue. Easy to work with, and great customer service.
