Delivery arrived 20 minutes late. The food was overcooked and cold on arrival. Most concerning: the delivery driver did not match the name or profile listed in the app (assigned driver showed "Ana," but a male driver delivered the order). The driver also attempted to leave the order at my neighbor's address, requiring me to redirect it to my home.
