We had an amazing time at Wings Etc. in Topeka, and a massive part of that was thanks to our incredible waiter, Felicity! Her service was absolutely top-tier from the moment we sat down. If I could give this place a zero, mainly for the service tonight, I would! After the group of four of us received our drinks and appetizers, we waited for over an hour for our server to return. This was mainly due to the party of 40 that came to the establishment. Basically their business was more important than ours even though we were sitting in her section (yes she left us and went to another section), we knew the server and was calling ourselves supporting her other job.
