Service was awful. The waiter told the hostess he was done serving for the day and didn’t even finish waiting on us. Our whole dining experience was 2 hours and we weren’t even drinking. The food was cold by the time we received it. The poor hostess got stuck waiting on us and she wasn’t even serving. Not once did a member of management come by to check on us or apologize for the awful experience. It was our first and last visit to this establishment.
RecommendedI usually dont write reviews but I came here yesterday and did the wall chicken wing challenge with a friend and had a great time. The staff was super cool and is the main reason im writing this. Best/most friendly service ive had in a restaurant, and the food was great too.

Very bad customer service, waitress Kristine had a very blah attitude & didn’t keep up with drink refills, didn’t enjoy the experience at all! The door greeter walked all around before finally seating us! Just overall bad experience!!!
