We ordered fried mushrooms, 24 boneless wings, and a burger and fries. It took a while for our food to come out, because they burned the burger. We ran out of drinks 4 times, and never got a refill the last time, even though I asked for one. Very poor service and just a bad first time experience. We will not be going back.
This is a yes and no question....we have been there several times and have enjoyed each time but last night the music was tooooooo loud. They said it was because we were sitting under the speaker.....this is the same place we have always sat every time we have been in there and it has not been that loud before. It was good music. The food was good, the waitress very friendly. When everyone at every table on the side we were on (not the bar side) had to lean in to carry on a conversation the music is too loud. Service was slow and the servers were rude! Their system shut down during our transaction and my husband paid but the transaction wasn’t showing up in their system. He showed them his bank statement where the money was taken out of his account and the servers were still rude and claiming we didn’t pay. The server gave us coupons but throwing them in the table and said “my manager said To give these to you”...
