Was in Springfield for work and stopped in to watch some MNF, eat and have some beers. Never been to a Wings ETC before and couldn't have been more impressed!!! The food was great and the service was on point. Next time I'm in town I'll make it a point to stop back in. Now just open one in KC!!!

Our first time experience was great!! The food was delicious and the service was just as great!! Our server Jashika, was super great and very attentive to all of us!! We are definitely going back again and again!! We had a blast watching our team, The Raiders get that WIN!!
Service was awful. The waiter told the hostess he was done serving for the day and didn’t even finish waiting on us. Our whole dining experience was 2 hours and we weren’t even drinking. The food was cold by the time we received it. The poor hostess got stuck waiting on us and she wasn’t even serving. Not once did a member of management come by to check on us or apologize for the awful experience. It was our first and last visit to this establishment.

Very bad customer service, waitress Kristine had a very blah attitude & didn’t keep up with drink refills, didn’t enjoy the experience at all! The door greeter walked all around before finally seating us! Just overall bad experience!!!
