Basic breakfast fare with some pretty cool views of the planes coming in and taking off. We visited during the monthly airport viewing day that takes place on the second Sunday of every month. Service is ok here, it feels a bit understaffed. Reason for the three stars? Food wasn’t very good. The pancakes tasted like they were previously frozen and we mentioned my son has a dairy allergy, while they proceeded to cook his hash browns in butter. I’d say they tend to get busy around 10 AM, so arrive around 9 to beat the crowds.
Nice place! Food is a mix of good and bland. Their chorizo is good as well as the chili but the fries are somehow crispy and undercooked at the same time biscuits and gravy are ok dry biscuits and tasteless gravy. Gratuity is included so expect to flag the waiter when you need anything because they won't be attentive. Decor is nice.
I had been wanting to visit Wings Café for quite some time, and it exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere made the experience unique. Being able to enjoy breakfast while watching the activity around the airport was something my kids and I really enjoyed. The omelets, eggs, and hash browns were delicious, and the portions were generous.
