little kids will constantly run out into the parking lot in front of ur driving car, parents do not watch them or keep them out of the road. it says small dogs only but yet people live here with pit bulls and golden retrievers and do not report that they have a pet. they will let them off leash and run into the parking lot. i’ve had reports of kids hitting parked cars with bikes and throwing rocks at car windows. it’s about 1400$ and then some to live in a 2 bedroom where there is constantly people stomping above you. ringin... read more
