My husband, myself, and our friend decided to go to wingin' it for dinner. My husband and I have been before and have been happy with our experience. Last night we ordered boneless wings, fried pickles, and fries. Only good thing was the fries. When we got the fried pickles you could tell they had been setting a while they were cold, hard, and chewy. The wings were tough and not a good flavor. Piss poor customer service! Stopped in about a month ago, it was a few minutes til 1100 and the "OPEN" sign was on and the lady at the desk said they didn't have anything ready yet, then weren't open...� and just stood in front of the same lady for about five minutes while she took a phone order and acknowledge a customer that was leaving and didn't say boo or make eye contact.
I love this place the foods amazing the staff is near flawless every time I go I always enjoy the service and employees I recommend it to any and everyone if you're looking for a good time with good food be sure to stop at wingin it and get your grub on.
Normally this place is great. Today the carrots were watery, the fries were hard and heavily browned the first time around the second time around they weren't done. Had to wait ten minuets for a ketchup refill. People behind us got they're food first. At least the chicken was good though. May be a bit before we return.

As you probably know, we take great pride in amazing customer service and high quality food...clearly we did not accomplish that in your case. I will find out what went wrong and work to fix it.
The food was ok but the service was very poor. First after we ordered we waited for our drinks but the girl took other orders first. Then as we were waiting people that were that were behind us got their food first then our came out and they forgot the fries then when we got the fries they were old and soggy. They took them back and brought us fries that were undercooked. Lastly they were out of ketchup and took it back to go change it it took 10 minutes while I stood there waiting.
