I usually do not put any kind of reviews but today I felt I had to and that too a negative one unfortunately. Our appointment was at 8.45 and I reached there by 8.30 to make sure any paperwork or balances due I get them sorted. And our doctor walked in at 9.40! At that point I am thinking what's the point of taking an appointment? It's not the first time I have had experience with the long wait times. My son was having a recurring fever and his toe was painful and irritating him for the past couple of days. I called them 20 mins before they were closing on a Saturday and the staff was able to get my son in the same exact day. I was very grateful for the fast service and professionalism. My son was able to get his antibiotics that he needed, thank you.

We have been taking our kids to Dr. Allison for 17 years. The care and compassion they have for our kids has always been amazing. When our son had RSV we called the after hours and Dr. Allison said to go to the ER. When we got there she had a pediatric pulmonologist waiting for us. Winghaven Pediatrics is amazing!

So my son had a 9:10am appointment and at 9:40 I asked what’s going on because everyone was being seen but my son. The front desk told me there were a lot of walk ins. I’m like what? Last time I checked, appointments override walk ins. My family is new in ofallon mo, so I’m going to give this establishment one more chance to be more professional or I’m going to have to find my boys a new doctor in the area.

I'm deeply disappointed and outraged by the discriminatory treatment my family received from this healthcare provider. Despite being selected by my insurance company, they failed to meet basic standards of care and respect. After canceling our initial appointment, they claimed we missed two appointments, which was untrue. When I called to schedule a new appointment, the manager was rude and implied that we weren't welcome due to our us not feeling comfortable.
