Since Dr. Oswald has left, I’ve had nothing but problems. They don’t listen. They bill for things that you didn’t ask for. They don’t answer questions. And when they upset you or frighten you with a test order that They sent They tell you they’re just used to the Medical side of things. So beware if you want them to be worried about your child as a pediatrician should be this is not the place to go! They are only familiar with the Medical side not any empathy! Dr.Kushner] is absolutely wonderful—attentive, knowledgeable, and fantastic with my grandson and we have been with her for 7 years. We couldn't ask for a better pediatrician. She spends the time with your child and respects the teens. However, the experience at the front desk can be a bit lacking. Competent but not as friendly with the kids as I would like to see….. going to the doctor can cause some children severe anxiety and a warm friendly attitude really helps calm children.
