Dr. Held was simply the best! She takes care of setting up the appointments and seeing you at each and every visit for every step of the process. My wife and I went before we got married to visit Dr. Held to see what our options were for fixing our smiles. Dr. Held met with us together, drew up a plan with several options to choose from. Winghaven Orthodontics did pretty well when I got my braces. I had my braces for about 3 years from the time I was about 9-12 years old. When I went to replace my retainers a few weeks ago, I only got one response after office hours saying Dr. Held would give me a call back at another time. I have been trying to replace my retainers as I have had my braces off for about 10 years and do not want want my teeth to move, but only received a response almost 2 weeks ago with a voic… See more

They have exceeded my expectations. Dr Held and her staff are professional yet fun and friendly. My appointments are always on time and I'm never kept waiting in the waiting room. The office is clean, neat, and organized. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for an orthodontist.
