When checking in I was charged twice for the same room. When I brought this to their attention they assured me that it would be refunded to me. The next day the transaction still had not been canceled and was given the same response. I couldn't even order myself dinner because they had my deposit and the extra charge of room tied up. And still not been canceled..... and no it'd on your end. He had me run my card then after it took it it he said it didn't and had me run it again and it took it again. Friendly staff and a very clean comfortable room. It was quiet and the shower was amazing!
Drew and Abhi are the most respectful and amazing management team! They run a tight shift. The staff that took care of my room are GREAT they stay busy and are always willing to help in any professional manner. I truly appreciate everything that Greenfield Inn has offered to me and has done for me and my stay over the last few weeks. Until next time. Thank you for all that y'all do!
