I had a great experience at the Greenfield Inn & Suites in Owensboro, KY. The hotel was extremely clean and inviting from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. My room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless. The bed was cozy with plenty of pillows, and the amenities—microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and strong Wi-Fi—made the stay even better. The room was awful. Dirty. Bed was broken and tilted downward at the head, couch was busted and could not be used, remote was broken. Dirty used towels were left in the shower and what was supposed to be clean towels appeared to be used and refolded and put in the rack. Blanket was thin and barely fit the bed. Would not recommend. We had to sleep with our head at the foot of the bed and slept on top of the bedding with all of our clothes on.
Nice clean rooms nice quiet location a little high priced for not having an indoor pool but all in all pretty good experience. pet fee was really a good price.
