Office is constantly not staffed. This sign has been here since 1:00pm and it is 5pm. I am receiving harassing emails from this complex claiming I have not paid my rent. Even when I provide proof, the email claims “we can enroll you in a payment plan.” I have already paid, quit harassing me. You should be figuring out why your office isn’t staffed during normal business hours.
My fiancé and I recently toured the Wingfild apartment complex, and we had an amazing experience thanks to Tenisha! She gave us a great tour and provided absolutely wonderful customer service. She was friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend working with her!
Mrs. Ashleigh is great at what she does and treat every one fair and works with you with whatever u need great place to live at for almost 2 years now
