I have consistently received the absolute best residential support services of my life here at Wingfield. The staff are friendly, and nice. The management (Ashley) is amazing, the maintenance men are efficient and unbelievably quick to respond, day or night, always onsite. The property is kept nice and neat, and I am thrilled to call this place home. Hands down, the best apartments in this area. Close to everything needed, food, restaurants, and fun, with the movie theater right down the street. Highly recommended A+++
Excellent location, great schools in walking distance. Just an overall beautiful property, very well kept and close to everything needed. Shopping, schools, restaurants, daycare facilities, Olathe public pool, and even an AMC movie theater within a mile. The management and staff are so friendly and nice, very helpful and quick to respond. The apartments are roomy, updated, and have laundry facilities in every building, a very safe and homey feel. The property is set back in the trees, and very peaceful and quiet. LOVE IT!!!!

I’ve been leasing here for about 3 years - I found this location in a pinch when I needed to keep my daughter in the area for school district reasons. Ashleigh was upfront about expectation and communication about the community. She was down to earth and made it known about the community. I was hesitant for reasons but over the last 3 years everything that was explained when I showed up to look for a place. Every employee at this location is friendly and helpful . The Residents here truly make it feel like a community.
