Loved here for 3 years. Greedy and the apartments were trash for $800 a month. They’re definitely trash now for almost $1k
I really enjoy living here. The community is nice, the apartment is comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Whenever I have an issue, they are responsive and try to help quickly. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience here and I would recommend this residence to others
I have enjoyed getting to know my neighbors. However - 1. Maintenance requests were marked completed when nothing had been done. 2. Smoking in apartments was addressed but no follow up so people continue to smoke in apartments. 3. Snow removal; not happening

Office is constantly not staffed. This sign has been here since 1:00pm and it is 5pm. I am receiving harassing emails from this complex claiming I have not paid my rent. Even when I provide proof, the email claims “we can enroll you in a payment plan.” I have already paid, quit harassing me. You should be figuring out why your office isn’t staffed during normal business hours.
