PREDATORY TOWING. Towed my brothers car when he went to visit my mother. He was there less than 9 hours and no warning was given. Apartments and towing company are being reported to the Attorney General.
My brother went to stay at my mom's apartment for one night from 9:10 PM till 6:50 AM and they towed his legally parked vehicle with zero warning. He has proper plates and wasn't in a designated reserved spot. The tow company wants over 300$ for him to get his car back. Insane that you can't stay at your mother's house for one night without worry that your car will be stolen and you'll have to use your hard earned money to get it back.
