So today on my way to the store to get a pack of smokes it's pouring rain so I stopped for approximately 5 to 10 minutes underneath the awning of this establishment. Then rain lets up, I continue walking, I get to the store, and I buy my smokes. On the way back I'm walking through the parking lot and I'll be damned if I don't get accosted by Cedar Rapids Police telling me they want to press trespassing charges on me for taking shelter under their freaking awning.
