Pro: This place seems good to live in when I viewed the apt, it was pretty big for 1 bedroom apt, and the rent was reasonably good, clean, they put bug traps so I never saw any crawling around. Con: my downstair neighbor was difficult to live above they would complain about every little noise they could possibly hear Other con: I always pay my rent on time, i always pay with a money order, i usually would just go in the office never had a issue lucky i always saved the stub, i lived here for years paying the rent on time ... read more
I had an emergency maintenance situation at midnight, on a holiday, and 15 mins after calling the 24hr line, a regular maintenance guy (not a stranger) showed up to stabilize the situation. They came back, fixed the issue and cleaned really well after. The crew is very friendly and efficient. I only have nice things to say about this complex!
Cute apartments with rent based on income. I would live there. There is usually a long waiting list
