Shaun helped me a lot. Dont know much about landscaping but h and Amber helped me out. Will come back in a month or so for.more materials. Side note: I brought my kids in with me and they were awesome with them. However, I would have stayed longer it was just too hot for the kids and I.
I usually don't give reviews but Shaun's customer service was amazing. I must point out that it was extremely hot inside felt hotter than outside. I was only there for a few minutes I feel bad for the poor employees that have to be there all day.
I visited Horizon a few days ago and was really impressed with the customer service—Shaun and Amber were both fantastic! They were friendly, helpful, and made the experience enjoyable. However, I couldn’t help but notice how hot it was inside the building. It seems like there’s no air conditioning, and both customers and employees were clearly uncomfortable. First of all, don't come to this business. Find another one. They will treat you in the worst possible way and waste all your precious time and money. They are very rude. I was here waiting in line on a Saturday since 3:30 am (I attach proof of this). I was trying to get two loads of cement, and when they opened, they rudely told me I could only have one. My project needs two, as if they were three, however many I need. What a stupid idea is that you can only have one load of cement. This woman (I attach a photo) should be f... read more
