I have big rats in unit!!! There are several huge rats all over my apartment. The rats are destroying all my belongings, chewing through everything. Rats feces all over my bed and couches.
Whitman Woods in Tyngsboro - Apartments and property are nice and maintained but the property manager (Petra D.) is something else. Picks and chooses which tenants to apply the rules to, doesn’t investigate complaints just issues violations with no proof of the violation, and she would repeatedly knock on my door accusing me and my kids of stuff because we were new to the building.
