They put the low in low income housing. Beggars can't be choosers could just as well be their slogan. Maybe not, but it seems like some of the federal subsidy money could be used to fix things when they break, provide recycling, and bring the building up to code. But I guess it's more important that the owner gets the maximum profit from capitalizing on the poor.
Absolutely not recommended to live there and specially working there with an unprofessional leasing office manager.
It's was nice to see wonderful apartments on line
On 9/5/2020, the alarm at 209 Kelton Street started going off. It's been 5 hours and the management company has not done anything about it. The police and firefighters have stop by multiple times throughout the day. Everyone is going crazy because of the noise.
