SCAM ALERT: 0/10. My reservation was not honored as 'it was made on Hotels.com.' Both my itinerary number and receipt of payment were shrugged off. They told me they could give me a room at 300% mark up over what I had already paid on Hotels.com AND were unable to refund me what I had already paid. Two other parties attempting to check in had the same issue, same exchange with offer for room at the same 300% mark up. How many folks has this happened to? Read the other reviews and you will see. STAY AWAY.
DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked and confirmed a room 3 weeks ago. When we arrived today, we were told there must have been an error and they didn’t have our reservation. We showed them the confirmation. They said we could stay but would not accommodate the price we booked for and instead said the total would be 3 times that. Very poor customer service. Will never stay here.
Booked a room with two queens but when we got there they didn’t have any so we were given a king. Luckily I was traveling with my mom and we didn’t mind all that much but it could have been awkward. The bed was extremely comfortable. The whole place was very quiet and while it is next to the highway it doesn’t feel like it is. The breakfast was meh. Mostly just different forms of bread. Exceptionally clean!! The bathroom and bedding were impeccable and I felt the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. That being said, I did not feel safe. To close my door all the way for it to lock, it took my entire body weight pushing or pulling to get it to lock. The deadbolt also wouldn’t go all the way in and the doorstop was a joke. If I were a small woman I would not be able to close it all the way and would be very concerned for my safety.
